List of modems that are compatible with qnxrtp

Is there a list of modems that are known to work with qnxrtp? I have given
up on my “Boca 56K Internal Fax Data Plug & Play”. It is not a “Winmodem”
and is the only ISA card in the machine.

If the code in the demo disk that configures pnp modems was available and
compatible with qnxrtp, it may solve my modem problem.

Hi Bob,

Have you tried turning off “Plug and Play OS” in your BIOS?
That helped another user.

Erick.

I turned off the Plug and Play, tried the “Demo disk” and found the modem
moved from com5 to com1. The modem works now under qnxrtp after doing
“devc-ser8250” and “qtalk -m /dev/ser1”. I connected to a qnx controlled
railway locomotive but could not the “qcp” to work.
Thanks for the advice

Try a free IRQ
