What is the difference between RTP and Neutrino?

I looked at the web site but I could not tell the difference between the
two. Both are RTOS, correct?

Neutrino is the codename of the microkernel for QNX version 6. RtP is the name
of the free x86-only development environment for QNX6 which uses the Neutrino
microkernel. It’s the same thing, only different. Sorta.
