USB MASS STORAGE DEVICE DEVICE DETECTED BUT NOT LISTED UNDER

Hi All,
I am having a USB Mass Storage device and on typing

#io-usb -dehci has created /dev/io-usb/io-usb

#usb -v lists the following
Vendor : 0x0781 (SanDisk Corp.)
Product : 0x7112 (Cruzer Micro)

#devb-umass cam pnp

#ls /dev does’nt list down the pathname for the device and so
could’nt mount the same

#sloginfo lists

Looks like your Sandisk is one of the ones that doesn’t play well with the default devb-umass driver and so you will need to get the experimental one or get the same Sandisk cruiser drive I have that works with the driver.

I have used sony Thumb drive and could mount the same.
