This is the second time that I have installed qnx. Got discouraged getting
modem working. Bought new “real” modem an everthin. I also bought the disc.
That and a dollar will get me a cup of coffee. So I reinstalled from the web
and lo and behold recognized and loaded everything! Including my Canon
printer which Windaze Me does not.
Fired up modem and mirable dictu it connected up! (Pardon all of the !) But
it wont’t do anything just sits there connected up at 44,000. Does any body
have any ideas?
Also a new development. Almost constant crashes when trying to use vmail and
sometimes when using Voyager. This is something up with which I will not
put. Hope its just transitory.
I really like this os and am going to get it to work.!!!

What do you think is supposed to happen after it connects ?
I don’t think I have ever had voyager crash (although I have had it not
work right on more than one occasion). Vmail is another question all
together, I consider going out and buying a lottery ticket on any day
when vmail doesn’t crash after a few minutes of use; I think that there
is some sort of replacement for vmail in the works…
