I have installed QNX RTP on my laptop and now im in the stage of needing
some aplettes to run on it, i’ve installed Abiword and some other stupid
apps, but unfortunately as I downloaded QNX RTP from the web, I don’t have
all the stuff in the repository, is there somewhere that I can download the
repository that is on the CD without having to be online with QNX, i.e,
downloading in windows and moving the files around. Thanks for any feedback

For any repository URL (e.g., /staff.qnx.com/~cdm/repository/)
you can try to http to it and download the .qpr files. These files are
supposed to invoke the package manager when clicked. I can’t see any
qpr files in the packages.qnx.com/repository2 (only .qrm), but the
directory as a whole looks like the CD repository2 directory. You
could also try to download .qpk/.qpm pairs and install them even
without the package manager, see http://qdn.qnx.com/support/bok/solution.qnx?10211. Watch the version
of your installation an the version of the packages.
However I must confess that I’ve downloaded all my packages
via the package manager, so maybe someone will correct me…
