Ackording to the help-files, there is a utility called ‘packager’. It doesn’t seem to be anywhere on my system, though. I’ve been looking for it on the web as well, and haven’t found it. Anyone knows where it is?

Is it utility pkg-installer? AFAIK, Photon only
