Is there any possible way to print from QNX to a network printer, which is
behind NT machine?

If the NT printers use print servers and lpd, then you could use lp to print
to them.
This requires lpserver (with the appropriate lpsrvr config file in
/etc/config) and lpd,
with little mod to /etc/hosts (add your printer).
All you really need to know is the IP address of the printer server.
