QNX and onboard Promise controllers, working yet?

I want to run QNX on my home system, and a few months back I found out that
QNX does not support the onboard(mobo) promise ATA100/Raid controllers. Has
anything changed on that front, or am I still out of luck? Also, if there
still isn’t support, is there any estimated time when it will be suported?

I am very interested in change my HDs (2.5G eide + 540mb pio3) to a
hi-perf. raid matrix. I want to know if there’s any workaround to make
QNX face it as a normal (even non-DMA) controller+HD.
