Help viewer and Geforce2 MX 400

Hi,

Looking back this appears to be a known issue.

My voyager brings up web pages fine, but things go very odd when I try
to view the help files.

Trasparent windows, trailing what ever is behind it etc…

Is there a fix

I see you normal ask for uname and pci details so here goes

Same visual problem on Geforce Quadro in accelerated mode.
Not only with help viewer, with many other applications -
left side is good, but right one is not.
Not accelerated SVGA mode is slow but OK.

Quadro chip is correctly identified.

Hi Tom,

We have not been able to reproduce the problem here. However,
see the thread “TNT driver trobules” in qdn.public.qnxrtp.photon
for a possible solution to your problem that someone outside of
QNX came up with.

Joe

I found a hack somewhere, spatching vserver.file PtOSContainer replaced
with PtContainer and 2 null bytes.

Seems to have done the trick.
