Why the CD I burned from the qnxrtp6.1 ISO cant boot?

I burned the ISO to a CDRW with easy-cd creator5.0.It works,and I can
install it under windows.But I cant boot my PC with it(I had set boot first
from CDROM in BIOS).
what is the cause?
