Hello,
I have a Dell laptop that I’m trying to mount a Compact Flash card on to.
devp-pcard is running and “pin”
returns a Disk in slot 2 at base 0x200, size 16, irq 3. What are the
commands needed to mount this?
I found something on the website, but the link was dead.
Thanks

devb-eide eide ioports=0x200,irq=3,nopci,slave
That should do it.

Thanks for the quick response.
When i type that in, it mounts the laptop hd again as /dev/hd1.
Previously, Mario Charest wrote in qdn.public.qnxrtp.newuser:

I figured it out. the “ioports” should be “ioport”. Those pesky extra letters…
“devb-eide eide ioport=0x200,irq=3,nopci,slave”
mounts my /dev/hd1 just fine.
Thank you.

Are you sure you put in nopci?
Do you have a /dev/hd2? Maybe /dev/hd1 is the compact flash
