ftp

Hi,

I have a question about the ftpd of QNX 6.1.0a

If (after logging in) I do a “ls”, I can see all the files.
If I do a “dir” I get:
550 /bin/ls -loA: Function not implemented

If I telnet to the same machine and I do a “ls -loA” it works fine.

Is this a known bug ?

power-dip (see my other message) )

How are you logging into the ftp server (anonymously)? In a chroot’d
environment you may not have access to ls (unless it too is made available
in the chroot’d environment). Have you tried NLST? Also is pipe running
on your system? You’ve checked that /bin/ls exists correct?

Hi Adam,

You’re right.
For normal users the ‘dir’ command does work.

Thanks, Johan
