Printing

Hi

I have an HP 855C DeskJet and I am trying to print to it. I used this command:
#spooler -c ps.cfg -n HP_855C -d /dev/par1
I used ps.cfg because a similliar model of HP is listed in /etc/printers (I believe it’s an 850).
When I try to print the print dialog lists the printer and I can see the activity light flashing but nothing prints. I am using RTOS 6.2

Help!

Have you tried using “pcl.cfg” instead?

I just tried it. Now the activity light flashes as before but also now the “out of paper” button flashes (plenty of paper). When I hit the manual feed button, it feeds but nothing is printed.

Thanks!
