Just installed QNX 6.2. Opened the audio CD player and I can see the track being played but no sound. Checked the mixer and everything is at default where master and CD are enabled (no ‘x’). I’m running on Asus A7A266, SB Live Value. Everything works in Linux and Windows. How can I troubleshoot this in QNX? Thanks…charbs

Hi there,
I have the same motherboard, and a Soundblaster Live!
card too, with RTP 6.2
Most of the time, I get no audio at all.
Sometimes, media player will play a sample, it seems
to work only if I hit the “play” button about 1/2
a second after it finishes the previous attempt.
I posted about this months ago, but so far, no fix 
( was broken in RTP6.1 , still dead in 6.2 … )
( see “Soundblaster Live! card not working” )
Looks like our nice soundcards will have to stay quiet…
( what a waste! )
