Mounting devn-speedo Error ?

Hi,

io-net did not recognize my networking card (since I can’t use my browser),
but I think it knows that a networking card is availible (I run “pci” and I
get a “networking” card entry).

I have tired:

io-net &

#mount -T io-net devn-speedo.so

I get the following error…

mount: Can’t mount / (type io-net)
mount: possible reason: no such device
[1] +Done io-net

I am new to the “unix” world,…so any help would be welcome,…

Thanks

Jacek

Hi every one,

I just got some help from people in the “JoHeR chat” room
http://www.joher.com/qnxchat/ and the conclusion is that Intel 82562ET LAN
Controller is not supported yet.

Hope that helps those struggling with the same problem.

Thanks.

You can try passing in the vendor and device IDs to the driver…

mount -Tio-net -o"did=0x…,vid=0x…" /lib/dll/devn-speedo.so

Where you can get did and vid from the output of “pci”.
