An error of starting up empress database

Hello everyone
I am a new user of QNX 6.X. I have a problem. I install a database
Empress 8.60 on QNX 6.X, but when I check “enable device” of NetWork,
empress can not be run well ,only when I uncheck “enable device” of NetWork,
the empress is ok. Could you help me?

I’m a new user of Empress,too.
Do you mean the problem during installation?
I think you can config your IP address with 192.168.1.1.
