Hiya,
I had understood that a DVD player would be an optional
download from QNX - after checking the online repository
its not there though. The same goes for the redline racer demo
I had expected to find - and had also hoped for the
Unreal Tournament exectuable.
Any of this stuff coming as a download anytime soon?
I’m not sure about Unreal or RR; maybe someone else would
care to comment, but regarding the DVD package:

“The DVD Player is not currently available because
we have a number of licensing issues to resolve.
Once we have the licenses in place, we will make
the DVD player available as a value pack;
fees will apply as QNX S.S. has to pay third party royalites.
We hope to have it ready for Q1 of 2001.”
