Cirrus Logic GD-754X VGA - additional info

I’m sorry but in my previous post I forget to attach some info
grabbed from my machine. Hope that can be useful to find a solution.

I’m trying to use QNX RTP on Datava PC which has Cirrus Logic GD-754X
VGA on board. I need to use the onboard VGA because it has direct
digital output for my LCD monitor.

Problem is, that QNX claim there are no usable VESA modes and switch
to VGA mode 640x480 with 16 colors. I need at least 256 colors for my
applications …

I know, that GD7543 chipset from Cirrus Logic is not listed as
supported video hardware but I want to know if there is something I can
try. Under Linux I will try to modify existing driver for closest
chipset but here without sources don’t have any idea.
