PCI Server Startup Failed

I downloaded the 91M ISO image and installed QNX from CD on my PII 333 MHz
upon the Windows filesystem. The installation went ok, but when I boot QNX
the message ‘PCI Server Startup failed’ is shown. However, everything seems
to work except for my Soundblaster PCI 128 soundcard.
Anyone have a suggestion to what might be wrong?

Please run ‘pci-bios -vvv > file’ then ‘slay pci-bios’ and post the output
‘file’.
