QNX don't like my modem (no it's not a Winmodem)

I just found out why I can’t get on the internet with QNX (I’ve been messing
around with it for a whole day :-/ ).
The dialer is trying to set my modems speaker volume to zero with the “ATM0”
command.
Since my modem does not have a speaker and is an ISDN modem, it returns an
“ERROR” :-/

Does anyone here know how to stop phdialer sending the damn ATM0 command or
just change it to “AT” so my modem says “OK” and I’m on the internet  (I
hope since QNX really don’t like my serial ports)

I beleive that you can specify the entire initialization string to the
phdialer. Try that, and don’t put the ATM0 in the init string.

I tried with a “ATZ” and it still sends a “ATM0” :-/
I even tried to look at the config file it uses, there is a “Speaker off”
line and I tried removing it, but the line comes back when I start
“PHdialer”…
