I did not know how to let QSSL know about a quality problem other than
posting here, so forgive me if this is not about QRTP (which I like
very much) per se.
I received the new QRTP on the CD-ROM via USPS today and found that the
data side had some bubbles under the plastic. As I suspected it was also
unreadable. I’ve ordered another while this one goes thru the return
process.
Anyone elase out there had similar problems?

Nope. I downloaded the ISO image and burned my own.
