filesystem forms an infinite loop

Hi all, I was looking for a file in my filesystem when I got the following
message:

/pkgs/base/qnx/ph/pkginst-2.0A forms an infinite loop

What can cause that and is it possible to recover my fs with this kind of
message?

What’s that mean and do I made something wrong…?

Thanks

I’ve always assumed it was a side effect of the package filesystem,
or it could be a bug, which still counts as a side effect, I guess

Ignore the deamons that lay below /pkgs
