85 Meg Flash Disk (SanDisk) Install

Hello All-

I have an 85M FlashDisk from SanDisk. How do I go about installing a copy
of QNX RTP onto it. The machine I am working with is a laptop running
Redhat 7.0. I am trying to use the Flashdisk to boot another laptop. Any
ideas?

I looked at http://staff.qnx.com/~cforan/embed.html and all the examples are
from a system that is already running QNX. Is that the only way to go about
it?

Thanks for your time,
Ryan

Hi Ryan,

RTP is a bundled developers development environment based on QNX6 this
is most likely not what you want to install. Instead you should consider
installing RTP onto a “desktop” type of system and then building a custom
image (see documentation on building embedded systems) that you will
then transfer to your smaller target.

Regards,

Thomas
