Can't find devn-fd.so!

Online documentation describes file descriptor interface driver devn-fd.so.
But I can’t find this driver in Patch A & Path B.
Is it third pary product ?

Nope. Just did not ever make it into the ship lists. It will be
in the 6.1 final release.
