QNX ver. 4.23A Login and Password HELP PLEASE

I am working on a used Machine tool with a PC based control
and after starting to power up I am stuck at

Login ____________

Password __________

QNX wants $2995 for 3 months of support

if anyone can tell me how to get around this I would be very grateful.

Try “root” without any entry for password, or “root” with “root” for
password as well.

If neither work, do you have a set of boot floppies that came with the
system?

Can you asked whomever had the tool before what the login & password
were? They are very often customised.
