about PCI_Startup failed message

Dear sir
I installed QNX6 from demo CD.
When I restarted PC , the following message displayed.

pci_server:PCI_Startup failed
(after few minutes)
/dev/pci did not mount

Does anyon know why these message are displayed ?

Dear Joe
Thank you for your advice.
Our hardware is developed by our enginner.
Some pci device(dual port ram, LED, and so on) are not registed.
So we use the number of VenderID and DeviceID which is not used number.
I don’t know these PCI device occur this message.
