I know you gonna said something like “Install the developer’s tools
package” … 
But sadly I don’t see it when I browse the 6.1 CD
nor the WWW repository …
The ISO CD had have is not the last one … it’s the first release of
the 6.1 … and I did a partition install …
I can compile without problem, but tools like “ci” (and the diff that
work with it) are missing …

got the hint from the QNX channel (IRC) that RCS is no longer
included … that’s why I couldn’t find it …
