As long as you don’t let QNX mess up the master boot block, it will be fine. I
don’t remember the exact question, but it relates to using an existing boot
loader or using the QNX boot loader; make sure you keep your existing boot
loader (BootMagic). Then you have to add it in to your BM config using advanced
options to make it display the unknown partition type 70 (or 4F).
A while back I posted a grubby looking qnxrtp.ico file to one of these
groups. Let my know if you want a copy, or tips on how to make a better one.
