problem with modem configuration

Hi !

I have internal modem Zoltrix VSP 33,4 kbit (Rockwel chip) which works with
Linux and Windows. It is configured as COM 4, IRQ 3, IO 2E8.
In QNX RTP 6.1 (6.0 too) i try the following:

slay devc-ser8250
devc-ser8250 -u1 3f8,4 -u2 2f8,3 -u3 3e8,4 -u4 2e8,3 &

then I try to connect (with opened terminal window),
computer sends:
ATZ
after few seconds I get
NO CONNECTION

In linux termial window looks:
ATZ
OK
ATM0L0
OK
ATDT0202122
CONNECT11520

How to fix the problem?
