I seem to recall that there was a PhICQ product being offered by someone.

Unfortunately the newsreader data base that I’m connected to deletes post
after they are about 17 minutes old (or something like that). So I’m sorry
that I’m asking something that has been already posted but where can I
download PhICQ from?
