I wanted to set up Voyager as a news reader. So far I haven’t read that
anyone is bragging about Voyager as a news reader. I hope it’s worth it.
So far I haven’t set up Voyager for e-mail or news. What are the steps
required to configure Voyager for news only?
Is this documented anywhere? I found the ONE page on configuring voyager
but it really doesn’t help as far as news.

I didn’t even know that was possible. I think the old email program (vmail)
supported
it.
Yesterday I gave a try to Mozilla newsreader and it worked pretty good

Actually I am now considering using tin as my news reader. I liek the fact
that it works in text mode.
How do I configure tin for batch mode? I.E. I want to periodocly download
news posts to a data base so that different users can examine that data base
with tin whenever they want. Kind of like the old QNX tin days with
tin_batcher.
