booting problem after upgrading from 6.0 to 6.1

I tried to upgrade from QNX 6.0 to 6.1 via the WWW Repository. When I tried
to reboot it seemed to hang while optimizing the font subsytem (?).
Subsequent attempts to reboot appear to get hung after starting inetd. If I
start in safe mode and select F4, I can log in as root, but when I try to
run ph I get an error from crttrap that there is no graphics file or
directory.

Any advice?

I don’t know how, but I seem to have fixed the problem.
