Finally i managed to connect to Wanadoo ADSL, i just updated the pppd
(before i’ve got the fatal error 11).
But it’s strange it doesn’t work anytime… sometimes i had to retry 4-5
times before it connects and it’s not because of my network card, modem or
others … i don’t know, it blocks at ‘connecting server’
i’ve also the same problem as other users i think : i can connect to www.wanadoo.fr or developers.qnx.com but not to www.qnx.com or www.yahoo.fr
! however when i ping these url, it works … why ?? it’s strange…
I’ve another problem… i download the new graphic driver for my geforce 2
go (devg-tnt.so) but i don’t manage to install it… the others graphics
drivers are in this path /pkgs/…/ph/drivers-2.0.2/photon/lib/dll (i
don’t remembers exactly the full path) and so i try to copy the new driver
into this directory, but i’ve a “bad file descriptor” error message… i
try to copy it into another directory to see if the file is corrupted but it
isn’t, it’s just with this path… i also try to delete the old driver but
it’s in read only and i can’t delete it !!! i’m in root … and i can’t
delete files ? strange…
so after this i try to change in the photon graphic option, in the advanced
button, the location of my driver but it doesn’t work, it always redirect to
the old driver
How to do ?
hum i do that, i put the new driver in the lib/dll but it doesn’t work…
maybe it’s because the driver doesn’t work with my video card (geforce 2
go)… or maybe i must reboot after putting the driver in the directory ??

The driver you want to replace is in the /lib/dll directory. You’re
best to make a backup of your old driver before you over write it.
