Downloading RTP in .tar.F format

There used to be a *.tar.F version of RTP that could be downloaded so that it could be installed onto a QNX4 system. I don’t see that version anymore.

Is it available somewhere where I can download it?

P.S. I prefer to ftp download it rather than through a web page.

I had the same question about 6 months ago:
http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&ie=ISO-8859-1&oe=ISO-8859-1&threadm=d9b70745.0110021637.2728423a%40posting.google.com&rnum=1&prev=/groups%3Fhl%3Den%26ie%3DISO-8859-1%26oe%3DISO-8859-1%26q%3Dqnxrtp.tar.F%2Bgroup%3Aqdn.public.qnxrtp.*%26btnG%3DGoogle%2BSearch

but no one answered it. private message from irc #qnx said this
had been discontinued.

I found the qnxrtp.tar.F file. Is there any good reason NOT to use it?

I mean was it pulled from the web page because it was buggy?
Or, is there anything I need to know/do before I run it?

Also, since several other people were interested in this file, is there any
reason why I couldn’t give it to them? I mean it was once available for
public download but I certainly don’t want to violate any kind of Copyright
laws, etc.
