There are no freely available downloads of any version
of QNX4 (and never have been). Only QNX6 is available
as a download for non-commercial use. If you require
QNX 4.25, you should contact your nearest QNX Sales Channel
for availability and pricing. If possible, you should
consider using QNX6 for any new projects, though.

I’m not sure if ‘answer me!!’ is your signature or not (since I’ve seen it
in several of your other posts) but I though that you might like to know
that it is considered quite rude by English speakers to make such a demand
when asking for assistance. Something along the lines of ‘Thanks for the
help’ will get much better results.
