After a installing Momentics on a Win 2000 system and running the command:
qcc -V and the result is the correct but when i try to start a C++ project
in the IDE but it doesn’t work. A get a message box saying
Installation Error
QNX SDK has not been installed or there is a licensing problem
What i understand is my license installed correctly and i have installed the
target-specific packages for x86.
What is wrong?

The FlexLM server/service may not be running.
The FlexLM server is running else the qcc -V command fails. I have stopped
the QNXlm License Proxy service on my computer and then the command: qcc -V
fails.

If you open the FlexLM control panel and ask for server status do you have
both a QNX_SE and QNX_PE license being served? The IDE will ask for both
while qcc only asks for SE.

Both QNX_SE and QNX_PE license is being served . When I start the IDE the
FexLM debuglog on the server, I am using a remote server, states that the
QNX_PE is checked out and then checked in again. I can compile at the
command prompt.
