IDE-Connection with target

I have evaluation QNX IDE installed on my PC( under QNX OS ), downloaded and
installed PatchA, but still have some problems connecting with target on
other PC. Adding and connecting to target on local mashine is not a
problem.The problem
comes to play when I try to connect to remote target through TCP/IP (
Ethernet). Connection could not be established, though I am pinging ,
telneting, ftp-ing … with the target. qconn is started there and it is
listening on port 8000. pdegug resides on /usr/bin ! I checked into
error.log file , but nothing has been logged. I have two LANcards, so en0
obtains dynamiclly its address, en1 - statically.
With en1 Isuccedded to establish connection with the Target , tried to
remove the Target and add it again. As a result IDE freezes. Then I slayed
j9 ( IDE ) and restarted again with adding the target. This time “no
connected” status !!! It turned out that io-net on the Target died and we
have io-net.core if somebody is interested .
With en0 - “dhcp.client” there is not any chance to get connected. I think
it might come from kind of gethostbyname - type function !
So I am in stacked situation and can not be impressed much by the IDE as I
expected to be.
At least I can play with my local stuff.
Could you help me please !!!

This is a known problem and I have brought your posting to the attention of
the IDE development group.
