I search a while to find out why X11 application won’t run.
In Qnx 6.2 the directory of the x11 server change from /usr/X11R6 to
/opt/X11R6 and the Name of the server changed from Xphoton to XPhoton.
Booth can be changed in the Photon start file /usr/bin/ph
