How to adjust refresh rate and monitor?

My system is of the multi-boot variety. I have several OSes installed,
including QNX, which I reinstalled just recently.

Within QNX, how can I change my monitors screen refresh rate to 75 hertz?

Also, is it possible to move the video card display to better fit within my
monitors window? i…e. Can I adjust the piture by moving it up and to the
left? If so, how?

Thanks,
Dale

It depends on your video card. If your card is supported and you use
specific driver (not general devg-vesa.so or devg-svga.so) then you may
change refresh rate usually. Just click on shelf “Graphic”. If your video
card isn’t detected properly and you use vesa or svga driver then you can’t
change refresh rate and it’s usually 60 Hz.

It depends on video card and driver. I don’t believe you can do too much
with this under QNX (even if video card allows you to do it). Some monitors
have regulators for such adjusting.

Best regards,
Eduard.
