Is libcpp.so going to be a part of the next NC release

I was wondering if Dunkum’s C++ library is going to be included in the next
text NC release (6.2.1 I presume)?

Runtime but not development. It was supposed to be included for runtime
purposes with 6.2.0 but slipped through.

This does mean, however, that if you are building a C++ library on SE or
PE against Dinkum, that NC users will not be able to use that library for
thier own application development. They can only run apps built on SE/PE.
We are facing this same issue with the 6.2.1 Public CDROM and C++ libs like
commonc++, libsigc++ and others. We are currently planning on trying to
provide 2 packages - one for each library type.
