QNX 6.1 - /etc/issue

Hello:

I have created a file /etc/issue. But, the contents of this file are not getting displayed when tried to telnet to the server. I have taken care of putting proper escape sequences at the begining of the file.

I know this feature was supported in QNX 4.x. How can I get it to work under QNX 6.1.

Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
