6.2.1a NC and 6.2.0 SE

I have the same question loooked at from two different sides.

I have 6.2.1a NC installed on a system and I have a 6.2.0 SE CD. I want to
add the build features of 6.2.0 SE on my 6.2.1A NC system.

Also, I want to install 6.2.0 SE onto a new system and then upgrade that to
6.2.1a (is that the latest?).

I.E. I would like to have both a pre-existing system and a brand new system
running the latest software with the privlages of SE.

Is this feasable?
If so, how?

Can someone hazzard a guess here.

I would like the best of 6.2.0 SE and 6.2.1A NC.

I.E. 6.2.1A with SE build privleges.
