audio documentation

The documentation for the audio stuff seems to be out of sync
with the header files.

For example the doc indicates SND_PCM_CHNINFO_BATCH
but this symbol not in /usr/include

The headers.h files contains may function that are not documented.

Thank you Mario,

I will see about getting SND_PCM_CHNINFO_BATCH removed
from the docs. We removed a number of flags and functions
that were not being honoured, but this one must have snuck
through.

The documented functions are the ones that are actively being
used by QNX products and test apps. Any undocumented fuctions
are ones that we judged may be useful, but are completely
untested and are not yet supported. All undocumented calls are
provided “as is”. As they get more miles, we will be adding
more functions to the docs.

It’s been officially removed!
