I don’t think that they’re including any other processor support under the
free RtP license thing (I may be wrong, but that’s what I recall). So if
you throw down on a development seat, you can probably have it now (although
I don’t know the actual status of the ARM support- my guess is it may be
late due to the immense drain of the RtP push). A real QNX staffer will
have to verify my hunches or condemn me to false rumorland…
