Error messages during boot of QNX

Hi, i’ve dowloaded and transfered on a CD the QNX o.s.
During the boot from a bootable floppy disk (with the CD present in the drive) this message appears on the screen:

/. disk root file or root not found on any filesystem.
Unable to locate fs-pkg

The system stops and nothing happens…
Please, could you explain how to proceed??

Are you not able to boot directly from the CD? This means that Neutrino was unable to find your CD drive. Make sure that your IDE cabling is legal. For instance, if you have your CD setup for slave then make sure you have a master. Also make sure if you are using the devices in cable select mode you have them wired up properly.
