Neutrino on Arcom MediaGX

Just wondering if anyone has been able to use Neutrino 2.1 (or QNX
RTOS 6.0.0) on an Arcom SBC-Geode-GXM board. This board was
formerly the Arcom Media GX. It is based on the Cyrix Media GX.

The previous version of RTP worked just fine on that hardware. The
latest RTP / QNX 6.0 should work just fine as well.

It’s probably not related, but the 01-18-2001 RTP install floppy
dies on the Arcom ELAN-104NC board with an “Unsupported interrupt 06”
stack dump. Haven’t really investigated why… (It does boot into Neutrino
2.0
from flash fine.)

When I was using the Arcom GX board with the previous RTP beta, I always
booted directly from the CD-ROM. A customer in another conference is
saying that the Elan-104 board from Arcom is having the same problem
booting from floppy, so I’d think the common link is the BIOS that
Arcom is using. Anyhow, a CD-ROM boot should work OK.
