Would it be possible (and/or a good idea?) to add a SIGEV_SEMPOST
type of struct sigevent notification scheme? I believe this will
really add to the “orthogonality” 
of the struct sigevent
event structure. I can imagine uses for this with timers, interrupts,
and MsgDeliverEvent…
