Does qrtp patch B includes patch A?

If I install a qrtp platform from a CD qrtp 6.00 and then download the
latest release with the pakage manager, Do I have everything?

Is path B official or just an accident?
I didn’t see anything official here in the newsgroup or on the webpage

And if you launch your Package Manager and connect it to the WWW repository,
you will see the release.
