Does the VM available from IBM for QNX6/Neutrino support
Swing?
I have a customer with an existing application looking for
a different OS & VM.
They are using JRE 1.1.8 and Swing.
Thanks
The current development drop of our AWT support, does run some Swing apps
ok. There are some known problems. I’m not sure if what we are currently
shipping supports it this well. Note that our version of AWT is basically
at the 1.1 level, so you would need the Swing 1.1.1 for JDK 1.1. Also, we
don’t >ship< Swing, just AWT, so you would have to arrange to license Swing
from Sun, if was something you wanted to ship …
