make floppy

Downloaded the 6.1 CD, install from Win2000 then when it came type to create
the floppy it complain the couldn’t find the floppy image. I then try to do
it via the menu and got the same error. The menu pointto a file called
floppydma.??? (don’t remember the exact extention). That file is nowhere to
be found on the HD or the CD?

I had the same problem. It seems to be missing on the
CD install. I also downloaded and tried the windows install,
and eureka! they where included ( floppydma.144 and floppy.144 ).
